Thanks to the actions of world leaders, showing off your patriotic side may not be top of your agenda right now. Raf Simons either didn’t get the memo or doesn’t care for his latest Replicant Ozweego design brandishes the colors of the American flag for all to see.

The Belgian designer moved to the U.S. last year after accepting a job at the helm of Calvin Klein. While his collections for the brand have so far been more horror show than sweet Americana, Simons’ adidas-sponsored tribute proves that he’s clearly loving his new home.

The chunky sneakers will be released today, June 28, just in time for Independence Day. A colorway of white, red and blue clashes with a lilac upper, making for the perfect shoe come the fourth of July.

If you’re not familiar with the Replicant Ozweego aesthetic, it’s basically the RS Ozweego but with cut-outs instead of plastic windows. Why? Because each shoe comes in a specially designed box housing three pairs of matching socks (and Simons wants to show them off to the max).

In March, Simons released a black-and-white Ozweego alongside monochrome socks. This time round, the socks are designed in a print featuring the same lilac and cream shades found on the sneaker.

Just like the first design, this U.S.A pack looks set to be pretty limited. It will only be stocked in 50 retailers worldwide so you might want to be quick if you want to cop a pair. Luckily, the patriotic Ozweego is a little cheaper than its predecessor, retailing for $450.

What better way to celebrate your country?
